Having regard to Art. 2 letter (n) and Art. 4 letter (o) of the above-mentioned A.D. 274/44 dated 23.06.2000 Annex No.2

ARTA;

regulates

the collection of young shoots of Spiny Asparagus(Asparagus stipularis), upon request to

this Managing Authority, from March 2 to March 31, 2026 up to a maximum of 100 grams pro

capita per day, considering that the same is among the wild edible vegetables.
