Activities and services

The Managing Authority organizes guided tours for groups and school groups by prior reservation to be obtained from the Reserve offices. Of great importance are the environmental education activities with schoolchildren of all levels who are increasingly visiting the Cape Rama Nature Reserve.

The guided tour, which lasts an average of two hours, takes place through an easy-to-walk path that starts from the coast and continues to the innermost strip among low, bushy vegetation; closed shoes and long pants should be worn for the visit; during the summer, also equip yourself with a hat and water bottle. The Managing Authority provides visitors with informative material on the protected area and, upon request, on other Sicilian Reserves managed by WWF Italy.

The Reserve is open year-round, access is free.
